Steve Moore has been a farmer educator for over 35 years. He is a certified permaculture designer, a certified intermediate BioIntensive teacher and has been called the "Gandhi of greenhouses". He has also done extensive research in energy utilization in food systems. He has provided workshops and lectured widely.
Carol Moore believes the body is its own healing organism. Given the correct nutrients, exercise and mental attitude, many illnesses and problems can be corrected or mitigated to allow good quality of life. She holds a naturopathic doctorate degree from Trinity School of Natural Health and a nursing degree from the University of Maryland. Carol enjoys promoting good health among growing things, people, plants and especially, children. She and Steve love to spend time with their terrific children, wonderful daughters-in-law and delightful grandchildren. She has worked with her husband in sustainable agriculture for over 35 years.
